Sometimes a simple fix is all that is needed and if our technicians can help you over the phone, they will. For our per call customers this means a minimum of 10 minutes of phone support at $5 per minute.

Our team is equipped with the right tools necessary to diagnose your Laser Head remotely.
In many cases, we will fix your laser problems remotely, or at least we will be able to extend production time while you are preparing to have your laser head refurbished or replaced.
