The FORCEJET™ Advantage
RISO’s high-speed inkjet technology, FORCEJET, consists of wide, color, in-line inkjet print heads arranged in parallel for single-pass printing of black, cyan, magenta, yellow and gray on A3/Ledger short-edge feed paper. Fast printing functionality combined with a rapid and stable paper supply results in a print speed of 160 pages per minute for A4 long-edge feed, in simplex literally the fastest* in the world.
Stabilized Paper Feed
A straight-path feeding system feeds paper horizontally to enable high-speed printing with minimal print offset. FORCEJET technology ensures optimal paper feed speed that is matched to the amount of ink being sprayed from the ink heads.
High-speed Printing Ink
RISO’s proprietary FORCEJET™ technology offers heatless imaging resulting in outstanding performance. Minimal moving parts and impeccable engineering can handle the demanding needs of high production environments.
Eco-Friendly
Special quick-drying, oil-based pigment ink developed exclusively for the ComColor GL series prevents reverse-side staining of printed paper as well as cockling, to allow for unprecedented high-speed duplex inkjet printing. The ink is also resistant to degradation from light and water.
Taking Quality to a Higher Level
The ComColor GL series is engineered with features that ensure stable output quality for consistent printing results at high speed, including a Piezo system that regulates ink amount. Black image quality has been improved by installing a newly-developed print head and black ink. Additional inks enrich the look of images and enhance overall color quality.
This unique RISO technology and approach to the printing process brings the added benefits of a low total cost of ownership when compared with toner technology, and greater control over cost management. It also enables practical migration away from simply highlight color or mono production to a cut sheet white paper solution. This provides genuine added value, as it eliminates the need to hold large volumes of pre-printed stock and opens up possibilities for a leap forward in color printing.

FedEx and UPS shipping is calculated based on real time rates from carriers.
We can also ship on your FedEx or UPS account.
Shipping Hours
Orders for in-stock items received and paid before 3:30 PM EST will ship the same day. If you have an urgent order after 3:30 PM, please call to ensure your item can be shipped. Special order items will ship as soon as they are received from the manufacturer.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking numbers are emailed (if provided) upon shipment for all orders
Warranty
90 Day Warranty on Parts
Our new and used parts carry a 90 days warranty, unless specified. Our service department will be glad to address any exceptions. With the exemption of consumables, all parts are sold with the exchange of your bad part, unless specified differently. Exchange parts that have been abused or cannibalized will not be accepted. Shipping of your exchange is your responsibly and must be received by us within 10 days of your purchased shipping date.
Laser Heads come with a 1 full year warranty, ; shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Material Authorization
No warranty part returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by EZ Hi Tech. To initiate an RMA, send an email to info@ezhitech.com referencing the sales order number, the part number, and a phone number so that we may contact you for additional information.
General Terms and Conditions
Any warranty claim on parts will be exchanged with a replacement part of the same type (part number). The replacement part will be shipped ground domestically free of charge once the defective part is received, (unless otherwise agreed). If a replacement is not available, the purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of the item and EZ Hi Tech’s verification that the part is defective. Refunds do not include shipping costs or any other related costs of any kind, such as labor charges for part installation or removal. Replacement parts will be warranted for the balance of that for the original part or 30 days, whichever is greater. If EZ Hi Tech determines the part is not defective, no refund will be issued and the part will be returned to you at your expense. If you do not wish to receive the part back, a restocking fee of $120 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater, will be assessed and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Claim Time Limits
All warranty claims must be have an official RMA issued by EZ Hi Tech or they will be refused. Claims must be received within the 90 day warranty period which begins on the date shipped. All defective part returns must be received by EZ Hi Tech within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA for U.S. customers and within 20 days for international customers or the RMA will be considered VOID.
Exclusion List
The following types of parts are not covered by warranty and are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. These items are not sold with exchange, and are considered expendable. EZ Hi Tech reserves the right to modify or change this list at any time.
• Lamps or bulbs of any type.
• Glass or optics which are highly susceptible to damage by mishandling.
• Consumable items, such as filters, fuses, latches, sensors or similar items.
• Preventative Maintenance replacement components.

Used Parts
The entire EZ Hi Tech staff is here to help you before and after your purchase. We urge you to call or email for the best solution to your needs and before returning any parts. Due to the large variety of products and services we offer, our return policy may vary from product to product, and situation to situation.
You can obtain return instructions and RMA number by emailing us at info@ezhitech.com. We may first attempt to resolve your issue before providing RMA instructions. You must contact us within 15 days from the shipping date of your order to request a return authorization. Return authorization does not guarantee final disposition. We will not accept misrepresented items.
To qualify for a refund on any authorized return for used parts, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories, if any. Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if the packaging is not in its original condition. Additional restocking fees may apply, depending on the condition of goods returned.
All returns must be accompanied with return instructions issued by an EZ Hi Tech employee with the RMA referenced on the shipping label, not on the box itself. For replacement of defective parts, please refer to the warranty policy above. Damaged or mishandled parts are non-returnable.
EZ Hi Tech reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of $120 or 20% of the part price, whichever is greater, for used parts returns.
The return address for shipping your product back to us will be on the RMA email you receive along with RMA#.
We will refund your original shipping charge only if we are in error, the exception being that a part number was not supplied and our technician needed to determine the correct part based a description or error code. Under no other circumstance is the return shipping refundable. Buyer is aware that shipping costs to return merchandise and/or exchange parts are at buyer’s expense.
