All warranty claims must be have an official RMA issued by EZ Hi Tech or they will be refused. Claims must be received within 120 day warranty period which begins on the date shipped. All defective part returns must be received by EZ Hi Tech within 10 days of the issuance of the RMA for US customers and within 20 days for international customers or the RMA will be considered VOID.
