Marking a great beginning for 2017 for all PAGE members, this addition enhances resource availability such as 24/7 support nationwide and expert maintenance for prepress/plate room departments for all PAGE Cooperative members.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for a very good experience starting up our prepress. Since this is our first time printing anything on any press, being able to rely on you for your guidance made a stressful situation of dealing with the press installation and all that goes with hiring and staffing the press and the learning curve of actually printing for the first time more bearable. You truly took the prepress part of the equation out of our concerns and were very flexible with us on our schedule but when we needed you on virtually no notice, your staff was there and prepress didn’t hold us back at all.

At Valley Press, we were searching for another option than just renewing our OEM service contract. A friend recommended to give EZ Hi–Tech a call. Before signing on with EZ Hi–Tech, Zeev Sela personally came over to meet us, go over our needs and what level of service we could expect. Zeev assured us that our Magnus 400 could be kept running and did not try to sell us new gear.
As a new customer to EZ–Hitech, we are impressed with the fast response and minimal downtime with our platesetter when things have happened. The knowledgeable EZ Hi–Tech staff has helped over the phone to diagnose problems. Technicians have arrived promptly with the parts (sometimes within hours) to resolve issues and have done a thorough job to keep things running smooth. Everyone we have dealt with at EZ Hi–Tech has been friendly and helpful making the transition to a new service provider much easier than ever expected. It is rare to get help over the phone anymore, they even call back after repairs to make sure things are going smooth.

Thank you for working around the clock for me. As you know, when our CTP system goes down, the whole print shop comes to a standstill. However, you kept us running. By logging in to my system late at night, and bypassing some sensors, we were up and running again with only 4–5 hours of down time. I appreciate that you shipped me the part next day. When we put in the part and it didn‘t work, your guy Mike logged in again and found out the board had a different program/version of software in it. He put it back to bypass mode while we waited for the next board. Got it next day, put it in, and bam– all fixed. No more bypass mode, all problems solved.
What makes you and Mike stand out the most is how responsive you guys are. I put in a call or
email and within 15–20 minutes, one of you guys reply back right away and jump right into it.

I have known Zeev and Shimon for 30 years, even before EZ Hi–Tech, and have been using their services at every facility I have been employed. If EZ Hi–Tech was not contracted for service at any location, I was sure to bring them in.
The service has always been impeccable and delivered with a personal touch. If I need them, they are there. EZ Hi-Tech can service anything from obscure ancient equipment to current technology. They have always gone out of their way to make sure we incur minimal downtime when things go wrong, and provide the finest preventive maintenance the ensure we are always up and running.
