Service Contracts

Service Contracts are agreements between a Customer and EZ Hi Tech to repair and / or maintain the customer's equipment for the period agreed upon. Service contracts offer the benefits of an insurance policy, saving on major costly repair expenses and providing regular scheduled preventive maintenance to avoid costly breakdowns and production delays.

EZ Hi Tech will customize a Service Contract to fit your exact requirements providing the ease-of-mind that mission critical equipment will stay operational.

Full Service Contracts

This is the most popular option selected by the majority of our customers. Service will be provided on covered equipment during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Parts, labor and travel are included with this plan. 24x7 Phone Support is also included. 
If On-SIte service is requested outside of regular business hours or on holidays there will be an additional labor and travel charge.

Parts Only Contracts

While this plan is called “parts only”, it is much more than that. EZ Hi Tech doesn’t just send you the parts and you’re on your own. While the parts you need are covered, the full expertise of the company is available to you. Preventive maintenance will be performed on all registered systems twice a year in conjunction with on-site service calls based on the recommendation of a EZ Hi Tech engineer. On-Site visits will be billed at the regular hourly rate and at time and a half outside of regular business hours.
