open a service call 24/7.
- Name of the Company and Phone Number with extension
- Contact Name and a Phone/Cell Phone Number where you can be reached. (This is especially important if this is an after-hours service request and a different number is needed.)
- Equipment & S.N. (Example: Magnus 800, Trendsetter 400Q Autoloader, ElecRoc 6.0, etc.)
- Error Code and/or Error Message and any incident related details.
- If applicable, turn on Team Viewer and have ID Name and Password available for the Engineer
