On-site support refers to technical assistance that is offered at your premises. This support is usually needed when off-site support cannot be given, or the user is a complete novice. Compared to off-site support, on-site support takes longer and is usually more expensive. On the other hand, technicians traveling to your site can do hardware repair or replacement.

You don’t need to have a contract to receive our fast and efficient service. During business hours, you can expect to hear from our technician within one (1) hour from the time your request for service is logged in. Depending on the urgency of your call and the distances involved, the technician will arrive at your site with the parts on hand he may need to get your equipment up and running.

After years of research and development by a team of PhD‘s and engineers, in collaboration with EZ Hi Tech, Vision Imaging Systems (VIS) is the ONLY 3rd party company to include a brand new laser module in their Trendsetter® laser head refurbishment!
For less then 50% of the original manufacturer’s price, our laser head refurbishment comes with a full year warranty and an optional 5-year extension unlike 90-day limited warranties offered by others. Our Laser Head refurbishment includes a BRAND NEW SEALED LASER MODULE (unlike the original manufacturer), which yields a four times greater life expectancy. These sealed laser modules are manufactured exclusively for VIS by a prestigious German laser manufacturer, under very tight and customized specs.
These laser heads are precisely aligned and undergo rigorous calibration by expert engineers. The laser is the actual heart of the CtP. Media change
EZ Hi Tech is only a phone call away to calibrate your equipment and setup the parameters for your new plates. Our competitive flat rates will allow you to reliably change your media with minimum down time.
To insure a good outcome, EZ Hi Tech will assess the current condition of your CtP. We will make certain maintenance recommendations and carry them out once you have had a change to OK them. Finally we will give you the measurements from your existing media, and those of your new media for safekeeping. Lastly, the new plates will be tested and a profile made.
Installation / De-installation
Not every company can de-install your equipment, securely wrap it to deliver it to a new location, then reinstall everything and get you back up and running in a short period of time. Unlike others, EZ Hi Tech can do exactly that, whether it is your own equipment or that you gave purchased from us. Let us know your needs and we will give you a proposal.

With every system we sell, we will train your employees how to operate the equipment, to do common maintenance, and how to do these things safely.
