An EZ Hi Tech technician will call you, usually within (1) hour, during business hours, once you have contacted the Office to request service. The technician will debrief you about the issues you are encountering to determine if on-site service is required to resolve them.

Once the initial assessment is performed, if needed, an On-Site Service Call will be scheduled with you to provide a prompt response to get you back in production.

Per-Call Repair

You don’t need to have a contract to receive our fast and efficient service. Depending on the urgency of your call and the distances involved, the technician will arrive at your site with the parts on hand he may need to get your equipment up and running.

An initial deposit is required and standard labor, travel and travel expenses as well as the cost for any parts used in the repair will be charged.

Contract Repair

Labor, travel and travel expenses as well as the cost for any parts used in the repair are covered, depending on the type of contract.
